Our mission
We believe everyone deserves access to honest, independent information about their banking options. Many comparison sites are "pay for placement." We rank banks based on published terms, fee schedules, regulatory data and verified user experience — not who pays the most.
Who we are
BankTopp is operated by NorwegianSpark SA (Org: 834 984 172), a Norwegian company founded by two career-switchers who bet everything on AI and technology.
Thomas Løvaslokøy — Founder
A former electrician who switched careers into tech and AI. Thomas takes a practical approach to everything we build. He leads product development and the site's editorial standards. He believes in honesty, transparency, and that technology can make banking easier for everyone.
Øyvind — Co-founder
Background in insurance and debt counseling. Øyvind brings deep knowledge of the financial industry and ensures our reviews are accurate, fair and genuinely useful for consumers. He reads every set of terms so you don't have to.
